  SHANXI COAL NEW ENERGY supports you to quickly provide feedback on device operation issues to the after-sales department in the device information module.

① Open the device information module.

② Filter out the equipment that needs to be repaired.

③ Click on the [More] - [One click Repair] button in the device operation bar.

④ Enter your contact information and problem description on the pop-up page and submit it to the after-sales personnel.
