Owner account acquisition

  SHANXI COAL NEW ENERGY does not support direct registration for owner users to obtain owner accounts. You need to contact your power station distributor/installer. Please ask them to help you create an owner account.

• If you already have an owner account in SHANXI COAL NEW ENERGY, please contact the dealer to authorize the new power station to your owner account.

Plant owner login

  Due to the deployment of multiple data centers, data between different data centers is isolated from each other. Please confirm if the site is accurate when logging in. The username and password for logging into the system were provided to you by your distributor.

Retrieve password

  Select the site to which the account belongs on the login page, then click the [Retrieve Password]/[Forgot Password] button, and follow the steps below to complete the password change.

Operation steps

1. Open the website to which your account belongs.

2. Click the [Forgot Password] button on the page.

3. Enter your account and click [OK].

4. After entering the phone number/email address used for registration, as well as the received verification code and new password information, click the [OK] button.
